Supa mushroom paepae ma pateta

Sauniuniga:

Mushrooms washed, finely chopped, put in a pan, pour water and boil 30-40 minutes. Then add the diced potatoes, cook it until ready, salt and season with toasted onions. Before serving, put sour cream, dill and parsley on a plate.
