A fairly widespread mushroom from the ordinary family.
It occurs mainly in deciduous and mixed forests, but there are cases of growth in conifers. It prefers exclusively birch, is a mycorrhiza former.
The fruiting body is represented by a cap, stem, hymenophore.
ulu yellow-brown rows can have various shapes – from cone-shaped to widely procumbent. Be sure to have a tubercle in the center. Color – beautiful, brown-yellow, darker in the center, lighter at the edges. In rainy summer, the hat is always shiny.
faamaumauga rows – grown, very wide. Color – light, cream, with a slight yellowness, at a more mature age – almost brown.
Pulp in a row of brown-yellow – dense, with a slightly bitter smell. The spores are white and look like small ellipses.
The mushroom differs from other species of the family with a high leg. The leg is very fibrous, dense, the color is in the shade of a mushroom cap. The length can reach approximately 12-15 centimeters. In rainy weather, the surface of the leg becomes sticky.
Ryadovka tolerates drought well, however, in such seasons, the size of mushrooms is much smaller than usual.
Brown rowing is an edible mushroom, but according to mushroom pickers, it is tasteless.
Similar species are the poplar row (grows near aspens and poplars, has a white hymenophore), as well as the white-brown row (Tricholoma albobrunneum).
