In summer, we quickly succumb to the pleas of children: cookies, ice cream in all its forms, granita, compotes and drinking yoghurts, etc. However, a healthy snack does not take longer to prepare nor less practical to transport than all these industrial products, devoid of nutritional interests!

Here are some ideas to inspire you with 100% healthy, tasty and express snacks. It’s up to you to choose the associations that best suit your children. Or better yet: let them make their choice:

– A fresh fruit of the season: summer is the ideal season to make children eat fruit! To make the snack more enjoyable, you can simply cut the fruit into slices or dice and present them with a small pick like a toothpick. Nectarines, peaches, apricots, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, plums, etc. : the choice is great

– 2 chocolate squares: ideally choose chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. And if your child doesn’t like dark chocolate, go for milk chocolate. However, avoid milk chocolate at all costs!

– Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts: you can choose them already peeled to save time. But breaking these nuts is often a real pleasure for children! Why not spend a little time together to crack some nuts and hazelnuts?

– An express ice cream: stick a stick in the lid of a fruit yogurt and place it in the freezer. You will get a delicious ice cream that does not require any preparation! You can also proceed in the same way with a chocolate mousse in a jar: you will delight the taste buds of the most greedy.

– A slice of bread (or a mini-sandwich): let your child choose what he wants to put on (or in!). Offer him for example butter, honey, jam or chocolate for example!
