Stretching with a lunge and rotation — technique exercises:

  1. Become straight. Feet shoulder width apart. This will be your initial position.
  2. Follow the attack back, taking a step back with one foot, bending the knee of the second leg. After completing the lunge, turn your upper body towards the leg that is ahead.
