Omega-3. For effects on the brain and neurons, omega-3s have been tested in clinical trials for dyslexia. Some researchers have suggested that children with dyslexia have low blood levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially omega-3s. However, the results on the effect of supplementation remain uncertain.6-7 .

The musicothérapie. A study suggested the interest of music therapy in the management of dyslexia5. Exercises based on song and rhythm, would improve the hearing capacities of dyslexic children and promote their language learning.
