The demand is so great that today you will not surprise anyone with 15-meter studios and former communal apartments, and everything is actively transferred to the housing stock – from semi-basements to utility closets. The main thing is to supply plumbing fixtures, to set a not prohibitive price, and then the former pantry will quickly find the owner.

Judging by the description, the apartment is located almost in the suburbs of the capital – a little more than 3 km to the Moscow Ring Road, and to the Pavshino platform, from where you can get to the Rizhsky railway station by train in half an hour, walk for about ten minutes. The metro, although not within walking distance, is also close – to the nearest station “Myakinino” about 2,5 km.

The announcement says that “1-room apartments are completely ready to move in and equipped with everything you need.” It’s funny, but judging by the photo, everything really fit in the micro-apartment – a dining area with a refrigerator, a washing machine and a shower, there was a place for a toilet and a sofa. All that is needed for the conqueror of the capital, live and rejoice! True, only the most necessary fit in here, and there is almost no free space left: the mini-kitchen smoothly goes into the toilet, and the faience throne practically rests on the sleeping place. But on the other hand, you can squeeze sideways, and the walls allow you to place all sorts of shelves, cabinets.
There are no windows in this wonderful apartment, and it is impossible to understand where the door opens: maybe into the entrance, or maybe into a common corridor with the same microscopic cells.
“If you pave the entire floor of an apartment with beef infusions, you will get almost 300 packs,” they joke on Twitter. And they justly point out that an apartment is not a dwelling, but an apartment. That is, it will not be possible to register on square meters, but whether it is possible to transfer them to the housing stock is a big question.
But on the other hand, what a great price for odnushka! The seller requested only 1,15 million rubles. For many people dreaming of their own housing in Moscow and on a budget, such a super-compact option can become a real solution to the housing problem.
